If you are booking for Holiday Lighting you can ignore this checklist!

Please view and complete this checklist before we arrive.

Please Note: We will provide an arrival day and a rough time. This is due to us washing multiple properties per day. Follow this checklist thoroughly, and it will prepare you for our arrival!
There is no need to be present for the cleaning, we will send you an invoice, and you can pay by cash, check, debit or credit card when we’re finished, Thank you!

*All windows closed and locked *All exterior lights turned off *Potted plants and fabrics of any kind to be moved approximately 15 feet from your home.

Patio furniture, grills, etc. to be moved away from the home. We can help move upon request.

*Please leave us a spot to park on your driveway or street (if applicable) *Please watch for our hoses, do not drive over them. Ask us to move them first, they are expensive and burst easily when ran over.

*If we are cleaning your driveway, please move all vehicles off of it before we arrive.

*Anyone that may be entering or leaving the house during our visit should be made aware their clothes can be stained by our detergent.

*Trip hazards are present. (Hoses, Ladders, Etc.)

*Please note: we typically put a yard sign in your yard before starting the work for local advertisement purposes. If this is an issue, please let us know! We on average leave the sign for a week. If for any reason we aren’t back within 7 days and you want it gone, feel free to just toss it!
